Mission/Vision Statement:
The Chicago Teaching Fellows is
designed to increase the academic achievement of the students of Chicago

Program Information:
The Chicago Teaching Fellows is a highly selective initiative
to recruit and train outstanding individuals of all backgrounds to become
certified teachers in the Chicago Public Schools.
A bachelor's degree is required, but no education experience is necessary.
Individuals interested in teaching math, science, Spanish, Chinese, and special
education are encouraged to apply.
Applications are being accepted immediately and interviews are limited.
Special Features of Area:
Chicago is one of America's top cities with a host of special
features from professional sports teams to first rate tourist attractions
including the steel pier and Navy yard.
